SA Academy football is an academy that strives to give young football players the best possible conditions to develop and succeed.

SA Academy coaches have one mission: to teach something new or improve every young player’s skills.
Whatever the technical level, a player who regularly makes the wrong decisions will never reach an outstanding performance. When decisions improve, parents and coaches see rapid progress in matches.
We are not a football club, but we train in a collaborative setting: social skills, motivating teammates and keeping focus through the whole match.
Our second priority. Knowing when to pass or shoot is crucial — but so is having the technique to do it with quality.
Semir leads SA Academy and its coaching team. The goal is to help young players reach their dreams — with tailored training, matches at the right level and pathways into Europe.

All our coaches have studied and gained experience at Spanish youth academies. The Spanish method is internationally recognised as one of the most effective and developmental in the world.
Over the last 50 years Spain has produced some of the most complete and intelligent footballers in the world. The focus is on game intelligence, technical quality, decision making and collective play — where every player learns to understand the game in detail, make the right decisions under pressure and contribute to the team as a whole.

Every year we select players for our international and regional scholarship program. Together with the player and the family we support their development and create pathways to a professional career abroad.
