How we handle your data.

SA Academy football is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.

Registrations
When you register a player we store the player’s name, year of birth, club, chosen group, the guardian’s name, email, phone and anything you write under other information (for example position or special diet). The data is used to run the event (groups, confirmation, payment, travel and contact during the event) and is deleted no later than 12 months after the event.

Photos
We take photos at our events and show them on the site and on social media — but only of players whose guardian has agreed to it in the registration. If you want a photo removed, contact us.

Contact form
When you send a message we store your name, email, phone (if given) and the message. The data is only used to reply to you and is deleted when the matter is closed, at the latest after 12 months.

Visitor statistics
To understand how the site is used and protect it against attacks we log which pages are visited, IP address, browser and where the visit came from. The log is kept for at most 120 days and is not shared with anyone. We use no cookies for visitors and no third-party tracking.

Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to have it corrected or deleted. Contact us via the contact page.
